the loss did however spark an interesting comment from my 5 year old. as we were making our way out of the stadium, he says to me, 'mommy, why did Jesus let the Spartans lose?"
how's that for a teachable moment? made for a great bedtime talk - though i'm not sure he fully understood the concept of sovereignty.
